Hey, I’m Mary

I help coach women dedicated to finding their best healthy, strong & lean body, while finding balance with food, and learning the love of lifting heavy!

 

I work with clients to help them sort through diet culture myths and challenge them to eat more and prioritize the right foods to meet their goals. For years, I struggled with the notion of what to eat & how to eat... AND I overcomplicated it. I wanted body changes but felt like I needed super restriction of food and tons of exercise. It never worked... never.

I found out about macro tracking and loved the balance that I felt when I was able to incorporate foods that I loved in my plan versus feeling like I was either "on" or "off" a diet. My go to "diet" had previously been .... eat super healthy.... salads, veggies, no fat, and no treats of any kind.

Needless to say, this type of plan is never sustainable and I felt like I was on a roller coaster! I usually fell off that wagon on the regular - haha! I also felt lost and never quite understood what to focus on when it came to nutrition. One of my passions in life is to teach others so they don't struggle like I did.

Now I eat all the foods I love and I understand the balance needed to find body changes like building muscle and losing fat - yay! I am a registered nurse for over 20 years and hold a certification in Macro Nutrition. My goal is to work with clients so they can find a lifelong solution to meeting their goals without bouncing back and forth between "diets." I want them to learn and plan for their nutrition finding their own way to do it ... and I want them to NOT need me!!
